3. Custom Orders

  • For custom sets, accurate nail sizing is the customer’s responsibility. Please use the sizing guide provided.

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to incorrect sizing.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

  • No returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective.

  • If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

5. Care Instructions

  • Press-on nails are reusable if properly removed and cared for.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
